RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary and health reasons, Lashes, Lip Scrubs, and Lip Glosses are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified. Please make sure address is entered correctly before checking out.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

If you have any issues with your order, such as you received the wrong item, your order is missing an item, or your item is damaged. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible to get the order exchanged. After 72 hours of delivery, we will not accept any exchanges.

All lashes, Lip Glosses, and Lip Scrubs may not be used or altered in any way to qualify for an exchange.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME 

Orders may take 1-5 business days to process and ship out once the order has been placed.
